It began with our founder, Paul Garner, whose career started not behind a bar, but in a classroom, as a secondary school teacher. A sporting injury, however, led to an unexpected turning point, steering Paul away from education and into the dynamic world of hospitality.

Over the next two decades, Paul immersed himself in London’s vibrant hospitality scene. He built a wealth of experience managing both corporate and independent venues, including 12 successful years with The Imbiba Partnership, where he helped shape some of the city’s most successful pubs.

Then came the Covid-19 pandemic, a moment that tested the entire industry. Faced with the challenge of closing his venues, Paul refused to step away from what he loved most: creating exceptional drinks and social experiences. Instead, he reimagined hospitality for a new era, launching online Cocktail Masterclasses that brought the bar experience directly into people’s homes.

From that spark, our company was born, founded on the belief that premium service, expert mixology, and authentic hospitality shouldn’t be confined to a venue. Today, we continue to deliver bespoke experiences to clients wherever they are, driven by the same passion that guided Paul from the classroom to the cocktail shaker.
